Career:

Construction metal worker of the Minsk Training and Production Association of the Belarusian Society of the Blind.

1989-1993 - Methodist of the department of cultural and educational work of the Cultural and Educational Center of the Belarusian Association of Vision Disabled Persons.

1989-1993 - Methodist of the department of cultural and educational work of the Cultural and Educational Center of the Belarusian Association of Vision Disabled Persons.

1993-2002 - Director of the Sports and Health Unitary Enterprise "Center for Olympic Training of the "BelTIZ ".

Since 2002 - Chairman of the Central Board of the "BelTIZ".

Since 2001, the chairman of the public association "Paralympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus".

Sports titles and achievements:

Five-time champion of the Paralympic Games (1988, Seoul, Korea; 1992, Barcelona, Spain; 1996, Atlanta, USA). Four times became the champion of the Paralympic Games.

Multiple World and European champion in athletics (1988-2001).

Multiple world record holder in athletics (1988-1996).

World champion (1998, Campinas, Brazil), European champion (2001, Paris, France) in futsal.

Awards:

Merited Master of Sports of the USSR (1989).

The Medal "For Labour Valour" (1987).

The Order of Friendship of Peoples (1988).

Awarded the Special Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus “Belarusian Sports Olympus” (2004).
