It is the first medal from the World Cup series of tournaments of this year that is added to the Belarusian Olympic pentathlon team collection of medals, the NOC reported to BFSP.

On April 1, Anastasia Prokopenko won a bronze medal in the third stage of the 2016 World Cup, having gained 1369 points in the final day of the Women’s Competition.
Laura Asadauskaite from Lithuania won a gold medal and Lena Schöneborn from Germany won silver.
Another Belarusian participant in the Friday's Final Irina Prosentsova completed a performance, having gained the 19th position in the final table of the day.
The competition took place in Rome (Italy).
