Belarusian women’s team crushed Kosovo’s players in world handball championship’s qualification

Belarusian handball players flawlessly qualified for the world championship in 2017.

The final match ended in favor of the hosting team, who defeated the opponents from Kosovo with the score 31:13 (16:6). Anastasiya Mazgo became the most effective player of the Belarusian part – she scored 9 goal. Previously, they outmatched the Turkish team in the first game – 37:23, next day they overmatched the Swiss by 35:27.

The Turks also qualified for the world championship, as they were stronger than the Swiss (29:25).

Overall standings: Belarus – 6 (goals difference - 103-63), the Republic of Turkey – 4 (88-78), Switzerland - 2 (87-85), Kosovo – 0 (51-103).
