"We hope that all participants will receive a lot of positive emotions, that’s the main thing. We encourage you to?)  participate in contests, solve tasks, get prizes. For the holiday to remain in your hearts and souls for a long time, the NOC of Belarus gives the town a certificate for Br100,000 as financial support," Viktor Lukashenko said.

The NOC president handed over the certificate to Chairman of the Stolin District Executive Committee Grigory Protosovitsky.

"This is a large cultural and sports festival. We have many venues, many guests and participants. The organizers made sure that no one is left without prizes. I thank the NOC of Belarus for giving us such a holiday. Look how many participants, children with parents are having fun here today. I am sure that everyone in Stolin will like it," said Yuri Shuleiko.

Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Igor Lutsky, a native of Stolin, noted that such festivals hold special importance for small towns.

"Such large-scale sports festivals are meant to encourage the younger generation to do sports. Children should be more active, like we were when we were kids. Here in Stolin we would play sports and games 24/7. I want to note that Vytoki does its job well: a lot of children, many sports grounds and opportunities to prove themselves. The most important thing is to raise a healthy nation," he said.

During the Olympic quest everyone got an opportunity to take part in sports competitions and receive valuable prizes.

“Such sports events allow children to try themselves in various sports. When there are professional coaches and athletes nearby ready to give useful advice, children feel even more encouraged to do sports. The festival gives a serious development boost to small towns like Stolin,” Olympic silver medalist in boxing Magomed Ariphajiyev said.

“I really liked the Olympic quest, I accomplished all the tasks quickly, passed all the locations and received a prize. We really like the festival and we want it to return. There are many beautiful venues. I like it,” fourth-grader Yelena Sviridchuk said.

“The Vytoki festival gives everyone a good opportunity to show themselves, receive valuable prizes and cheer themselves up. It is very important to hold such events in small towns. Look how many children want to take part in competitions, there are a lot of people in other venues, many companies are represented. It is a truly enjoyable event,” said Anastasiya Prokopenko, Olympic bronze medalist in modern pentathlon.

The racing truck of the MAZ-SPORTauto team also arrived in Stolin.

“We have a huge fan base. We felt it at Vytoki. In fact, not everyone in Minsk can see our vehicle, but thanks to Vytoki it is possible,” said Siarhei Vyazovich, the MAZ-SPORTauto pilot.

“It's great that such events are held in remote regions. This is a development boost for the region; each region of our country is unique. As for children, it is necessary to involve them in sports one way or another. It is great when this is done in the atmosphere of a festival, a holiday, when children can communicate with athletes. They try their hand in sports under the supervision of skilled athletes,” Chairman of the Ice Hockey Federation of Belarus Aliaksandr Bahdanovich said.
