2001-2016 – assistant coach at the Sports and Tourism Ministry of the Republic of Belarus.
2016-2019 - member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus (National Security Commission).
Present - chief specialist for sports talent pool at the training and sports department with the Central Office of the Belarusian Sports Society Dynamo.
