1992-2002 – assistant coach of the national biathlon team of the Youth and Sport Ministry of Ukraine.

2002-2002 – assistant coach of the Belarusian Biathlon Federation.

2003-2006 – assistant coach of the national biathlon team of the Sports and Tourism Ministry of Belarus.

2006-2020 – coach of the national biathlon team of the Sports and Tourism Ministry of Belarus.

2010-2015 – senior coach of the national biathlon team of the Sports and Tourism Ministry of Belarus.

2015-present – senior coach of the Belarusian national biathlon team of the Raubichi National Olympic Center.

Titles/Awards

Honored Master of Sport of Ukraine.

Master of Sport of Belarus, International Class, 2003.

Winner of the Biathlon Golden Ten Award, 2008.
