Belarus K4 team win two golds at 2024 ECA Canoe Sprint European Championships

Belarus won 11 (six gold, including one in paracanoe, three silver and two bronze) medals at the 2024 ECA Canoe Sprint European Championships in Szeged, Hungary.

Mikita Borykau, Uladzislau Kravets, Uladzislau Litvinau and Dzmitry Natynchyk celebrated victories in K4 Men 500m and 1,000m. Uladizslau Kravets and Dzmitry Natynchyk also secured silver in K2 Men 500m.

Volha Klimava won C1 Women 5,000m event, finishing 19 seconds ahead of second-placed Valeriia Tereta of Ukraine. Alena Nazdrova clinched gold in C1 Women 500m.

Aleh Yurenia claimed gold in K1 Men 1,000m on the ninth (!) lane.

Bronze medals went to Yuliya Trushkina (C1 Women 200m), Anhelina Bardanouskaya and Volha Klimava (C2 Women 500m).

Ilya Taupianets celebrated the win in VL1 Men 200m. Anastasia Miasnikova came in second in VL2 200m.
