Belarusian athletes won ten medals at the 2025 European U23 Wrestling Championships in Tirana, Albania.
The Belarusian team clinched three gold, two silver and five bronze medals. Champion titles were secured by Uladzislau Kazlou (97kg), Aryna Martynava (57kg) and Kseniya Tsiarenia (65kg). Silver medals went to Anastasiya Yanotava (50kg) and Hleb Makaranka (67kg, Greco-Roman).
Belarusian Greco-Roman wrestler Abubakar Khaslakhanau (97kg) clinched the tenth medal for the country. The Paris Olympics participant beat Tomislav Brkan of Croatia 6-0 and Muhittin Helvaci of Turkiye 7-0 in the repechage to secure bronze.
Among the bronze medalists were also Viktoryia Volk (53kg), Marta Hetmanava (59kg), Viktoryia Radzkova (68kg), Hanna Pirskaya (76kg). Belarus won 8 (3, 2, 3) medals at the 2024 European U23 Wrestling Championships in Baku. The edition in Tirana featured more than 450 athletes. The Belarusian team comprised 22 wrestlers.
