Ilya Shymanovich and Anastasiya Shkurdai won bronze medals at the World Aquatics Swimming
Championships (25m) in Budapest.
Anastasiya Shkurdai clocked 2:00.56 in the women’s 200m backstroke final to finish in third.
Regan Smith of the United States became the world champion with a world record. Summer McIntosh from Canada claimed silver. In February of this year, Anastasiya won bronze at the world championships (50m).
Ilya Shymanovich finished in third in the 100m breaststroke with a result of 55.60. Qin Haiyang from China won with a time of 55.47 and Russia's Kirill Prigoda came in second (55.49).
Alina Zmushka stopped one step away from the podium in the 100m and 200m breaststroke finals.
