The Belarusian Swimming convened for an extraordinary conference at the NOC headquarters on 12 February to take stock of the results in 2025.

Chairperson Olga Stepus delivered a report.

During the reporting period, the federation maintained the stability of its governance system and also achieved progress on the international agenda. The key diplomatic success was the decision by European Aquatics to allow Belarusian juniors to participate in all international competitions under the national flag and anthem starting 1 February 2026, Olga Stepus emphasized.

The conference also heard a report of the Audit Commission for 2025, elected new members of the Audit Commission, and determined the numerical composition of the Board of Trustees.
