HC Dinamo Minsk will play its 1,000th game in the Kontinental Hockey League on home ice on 22 November.
The Bisons will take on HC Dynamo Moscow.
The opening face-off will start at Minsk Arena at 19:10.
The Minsk team debuted in the KHL in Novokuznetsk on 2 September 2008. The Belarusian team, led by head coach Jim Hughes of the USA, beat HC Metallurg 5:4 (OT) on their home ice.
The first historic goal for the Minsk team in the KHL was scored by forward Yaroslav Chupris. During the regular time of the match in Novokuznetsk, Yevgeny Kurilin, Sergei Zadelyonov and Andrei Antonov scored. The winning goal was scored by American defenseman Ben Clymer.
The match with HC Dynamo Moscow (18:00) will be preceded by an autograph session of players who played for HC Dinamo Minsk in the very first season of 2008/2009.
