The National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus hosted a meeting of the medical and anti-doping commission on 2 October.
Chaired by Irina Malevanaya, Chairwoman and Director of the National Scientific and Practical Center of Sports, the committee took stock of the medical care provision at the 33rd Olympic Games in Paris.
The commission also reviewed the outcomes of the seminar “Smart Training: a Course on Sports Literacy” held at the Olympic Committee on 26 September, and also the forum of the International Anti-Doping Agency “Clean Sport without Borders”. The event brought together more than 300 participants in the Raubichi Winter Sports Olympic Center on 5-6 September.
The agenda of the meeting included issues of further medical and pharmacological support of national teams.
