Baku 2019. Wrestler Nikita Murashko became the bronze medalist of the summer EYOF.

On July 22 on the second day of the competition at the XV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival wrestlers continue getting medals. Greco-Roman wrestler Nikita Murashko (up to 60 kg) brilliantly got bronze.

In the medal confrontation, the Belarusian fought against the Italian Andrea Setti. The match ended in a phenomenal 28 seconds - after three successful tricks, the judge declared Nikita the winner. The result is 8: 0.
Nikita Murashko: “For me, this medal was not a surprise. In general, I went to Baku for gold. But I did not expect that everything would turn out so swiftly, I expected four minute struggle. The Azerbaijani did not let me into the final (13: 5). I did not have enough functional training. But in general I’m ready well, for which thanks to the coaches and my father. ”

It is the third award of the Belarusian national team at the summer 2015 European Olympic Games.
