Belarus’ rhythmic gymnasts win 11 medals at International Tournament for the Prizes of Marina Lobatch

The Belarusian young graces were awarded 11 medals at the International Tournament for the Prizes of Marina Lobatch, which was hosted in Palace of Sports in Minsk.

In seniors’, Yulia Evchik claimed victory in individual all-around. Russian Maria Pavlova became the silver medalist. Evchik’s fellow Yuliya Isachanka obtained the bronze of the event.

 In juniors’, Anastasia Salos placed first in ball and hoop exercises, second in clubs and third in ribbon. Yana Stryga, Daruiya Dzyashkouskaya and Hanna Kamenshchykava’s performances were also admitted by awards.

In group exercises with ten clubs Belarus topped the podium, with Estonians and Russians second and third, respectively. The Belarusians won in team exercises as well.

The tournament gathered 140 gymnasts in the age of 9-16 from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Kirgizstan, Israel, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
