Belarusian wrestlers earn 2024 Olympic berths

7 April turned out to be very successful for Belarusian athletes who competed for the 2024 Paris Olympic licenses at the UWW European OG Qualifier in Baku.

Belarusian athletes won four 2024 Paris licenses: Aryan Tsiutryn (57kg), Mahamedkhabib Kadzimahamedau (74 kg), Aliaksandr Hushtyn (97kg), Dzianis Khramiankou (125 kg).

Belarusian weightlifter Siuzanna Valodzka made it into the world top ten following her performance at the 2024 IWF World Cup, securing a ticket to Paris.

Thus, as of 7 April Team Belarus had 16 Olympic licenses.

The Olympic qualification in other sports continue, and we are confident that our athletes will add new names to the list of 2024 Paris Olympics participants.
