Cross-Country Skiing
The skiathlon 15km x 15km race is over. Michail Semenov finished 44th in 1:21:12.0h which was 4:52.0 minutes behind the winner, and that is the best result of the Belarusian team.

Yury Astapenka placed 50th in the final protocol with a result of 1:23:12.5 (+6:52.5).
Sergei Dolidovich had to quit the race for serious respiratory problems.
The victory podium was occupied by the Norway’s trio of Simen Hegstad (1:16:20.0), Martin Jounsrud (+8.0) and Hans Christer Holund (+9.9).
Biathlon
In todays’ men’s 10 km sprint best of the Belarusian team Uladzimir Chapelin clocked 34th in 25:04.8 minutes (+1:26.0; 2 penulties).

Anton Smolski finished a second later with a 35th result – 25:05.9 (+1:27.1; 1).
Sergey Bocharnikov came 42nd in 25:20.9 (+1:42.1), and Raman Yaliotnau was only 71st (+26:12.6).
German Arnd Peiffer took the gold medal (23:38.8).
Czech Michal Krcmar won the silver medal (+4.4) and Italian Dominik Windisch bronze (+7.7).
