Viktor Lukashenko congratulates Team Belarus on 2025 Beach Soccer World Cup silver

The head of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) praised great team play, outstanding talent, hard work and incredible results, which have become the hallmark of Belarusian beach soccer.

“With the support of the coaches and the whole team you did what seemed impossible. It is a great achievement to reach the elite of world beach soccer in such a short period of time and consistently demonstrate a brilliant game on equal terms with the best of the best. Gracing the podium after a narrow defeat in the final to the many-time world champions is a success worthy of applause!” the message of greetings reads.


Viktor Lukashenko added that millions of Belarusians who rooted for the team are now celebrating and rejoicing together with the players. He wished the players good health, new heights and new resounding victories.
