YOG 2018. Anastasiya Shkurdai won bronze medal

On the sixth day of the III Summer Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires 2018 Belarusian swimmer Anastasiya Shkurdai clinched the bronze award in 100m butterfly. 

Women's final 100m butterfly

1.       Polina Egorova (Russia) – 59,22

2.       Angelina Koehler (Germany) – 59,44

3.       Anastasiya Shkurdai (Belarus) – 59,76

Anastasiya was third in the qualification round (1.00,48) and won the semifinal (59,72).

This season Shkurdai has already won the gold of the Junior European Championship in the same discipline. Two days ago Anastasia conquered the silver medal in 50m butterfly.

In Buenos Aires Anastasiya Shkurdai performs under guidance of coach Volha Yasenovich.

There are four medals the Belarusian team have won during the YOG 2018 (1-2-1) and two awards to names of the Belarusian athletes in mixed  international teams (1-0-1).
