Anastasiya Ivanova wins marathon in Warsaw, Sviatlana Kudzelich first in 10km

Today, on April 23, the traditional marathon for the 37 time has taken place in Warsaw.

Anastasiya Ivanova covered the marathon distance in 2.24,43 hours. It took 2.29,55 for Isabela Tzhaskalska to finish second, Viola Yator of Kenya was third (2.30,03). A total of 800 athletes rolled up for the marathon, with 10 Belarusians among them.

The 10-km gold went to Belarus’ Sviatlana Kudzelich with a result of 33,12 minutes. Polish Katarzyna Kowalska (33,20) and Hellen Nzembi Musyoka (33,53) placed second and third, respectively.
